Next I looked on the internet for 'good ice-cream parlor sydney'. I found out that New Zealand ice-cream has a similar reputation to that of Italian ice-cream in Europe. So I typed 'New Zealand ice-cream sydney'. There was one place in Bondi beach. The idea of having ice-cream on the beach for your birthday was very appealing.

Preoccupied with what could have gone wrong in the process of cookie-making, and wondering whether I may have killed my dog with an overdose, I took the wrong bus...

I eventually found my way to Bondi beach

I walked up the main road to the location of the ice-cream parlor. I found it had been replaced by a juice bar.
-In my agony infused daze I forgot to take a picture of the juice bar. It was ugly.
